Sew Always Street Construction Alert!
As of today the front entrance to Sew Always is adorned with some large machinery. We are told the city will be installing new water lines. Most of the work will be done on 17th Street but a little will be on Clarksville Street.
In order to give you easier access to the shop while the machinery is in front of the door, the classroom door will be left unlocked and can be used by all. Another choice is to come to the backdoor that opens to the kitchen and knock. As soon as we hear you, we will let you in.
We are sorry for the inconvenience, but alas, street construction is out of our control.
The pickup truck quilt has been passed on to CASA. Thanks again to all who participated, both block creators and voters. Raffle tickets will be available soon at the store. The drawing for the winner of the quilt will be in October at CASA's fundraiser, Bootiful Night.
Sew Always will be closed for Memorial Day (Monday, May 28th) and Independence Day (Wednesday, July 4th).
